Money Makes You CRAZY

Another investor I work with got amnesia today.  They "forgot" about what they committed to.  Money makes people crazy I tell you. 

I must be the crazy one though because I actually value relationships.  Since I do business with many of the same people over and over again, I realize that I will make more money over the long run even if I leave a few dollars on the table on a single deal.  I guess that wisdom comes over time.
